The following are necessary conditions for the watch to display WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, and other App message notifications:
- The watch should be always connected to the phone, and the Bluetooth should be always turned on.
- Check Notification access has been granted to the PLAYFIT app.
- PLAYFIT App should keep running in the background. When the App receives the message in the background, the watch will vibrate and display the notification.
- Make sure that your phone can receive message notifications in the notification bar
- Uninstall the PLAYFIT app, reinstall it and then pair it with your wearable device again
- Restart your phone and restore your wearable device to its factory settings
