For Android phones, you need to enable PLAYFIT App to read the contact information (find Phone Settings - Application Management - PLAYFIT App - Permission Management and check all permissions).
Check whether the contact name contains special characters: If the contact name contains special characters, your watch/band may not be able to identify them. In this case, your watch/band will not display the contact name but will display the phone number instead. We recommend that you use normal characters for contact names
Save phone numbers to the phone memory : We recommend that you save phone numbers to the phone memory. The band/watch will access the contacts in the phone memory first and then those in the SIM card.
Add the contact to your favorites : Add the contact to your favorites on your phone. Using the PLAYFIT DIAL as an example, go to Dial > Save to Favourites, touch the + icon, and add the contact to your favourites.
