What should I do if my PLAYFIT SLIM is not tracking my Heart rate/SpO2
- Wear the watch firmly just above the wrist.
- Remove the sensor protector poly.
- Launch the PLAYFIT app on your mobile device, check Auto heart rate settings, and then select Auto or Manual for how often to measure your heart rate.
- Select a watch face that includes heart rate information.
