Warranty Claim can be requested by calling Customer Care at +91-8588874744 or by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must provide proof of purchase to claim the warranty.
Upon verification of your purchase, PLAY Customer Care shall schedule Doorstep-Pickup via Play-At-Home Service (PAHS).
PLAY Service Team shall have following options:
(i) Repair the Product using new parts or previously used parts that satisfy PLAY’s quality standards (ii) Replace the Product with a new Product or a refurbished Product that meets PLAY’s quality standards.
Any repaired or replaced Product is covered for the greater of either the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days following Consumer's receipt of the repaired or replacement Product.
PLAY Service Team shall dispatch the repaired/replacement product back to customer without any additional charges.
